This includes, but is not limited to: teaching new and current staff how to complete paperwork and leading shadowing opportunities. - Responsible for reviewing data and tracking Key Performance Indicator’s related to the Program Monitoring Report (PMR). - Support with completion of the PMR and participate in monthly PMR meetings when deemed appropriate. - Provide coverage for staff family team conferences as deemed appropriate including: FTC, ERC, CSC, STC, as well as supporting around Office of Preventive Technical Assitance (OPTA) consultations. - Participate in agency leadership seminars and trainings including: Sup College and Case Aid college. - Provide coverage in absence of supervisor(s) (including covering phone, supervision, meetings, support to staff, and other support as needed). - Assist in planning and scheduling events to support team morale with supervisor per AVP guidance. - Consult supervisor when team challenges arise. - Assist Supervisor in reviewing weekly paperwork to learn to how to prep for Supervision and consultation. - Report to assigned supervisor or covering supervisor; and AVP in the absence of supervisor. - Provides home-based clinical treatment utilizing (MST Prevention) to assigned caseload of up to (6) cases and provides coverage for peer's caseload as needed. - Manages the extensive travel requirements involved in serving families in their homes. - Conducts assessments including review of referral information, identifying and engaging key participants, identifying systemic strengths and weaknesses and individualized treatment planning and conducts intakes as applicable. - Participates in all required agency, model and stakeholder trainings, individual and group coaching and staff meetings. - Adheres to model expectations and implement with fidelity of .61 or higher. - Consistently meets all program and model Key Performance Indicators (including session pacing, required casework contacts, successful client outcomes, timely completion of Family Assessment Service Plans, data entry, etc.). - Identify and address family risk factors that give rise to possible child removal, ACS involvement, and out of home placement due to continued referral behavior or new risk/safety factors.
