The DSP ll will have daily contact with the Assistant Residence Manager and/or Residence Manager and Person Supported Individuals. Residence Manager will provide supervision and individuals will receive care and supervision. As a member of the leadership team, the role of the Residence Manager should advocate for supports and encourage growth among individuals in order for everyone to reach their full physical, emotional, and intellectual. They should guide the DSP to encourage professional growth and to ensure policy alignment. The Residence Manager will develop and maintain positive relationships with all individuals in the program as well as the individuals’ families, guardians and/or correspondents.
