As a Functional Family Therapy Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical services. You will hold a caseload of 4 families. You will lead and mentor a team of clinicians, driving their professional development and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Responsibilities

Support clinicians with stabilizing family incidents and crises, while adhering to stakeholder documentation compliance and increasing clinician skills.

 

Conduct weekly individual coaching and monthly group sessions to enhance clinician skills and ensure professional development.

 

Hold a caseload of 4 cases. Oversee and/or conduct the delivery of treatment to clients, providing direct clinical supervision to ensure adherence to treatment models.

 

Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for clinical staff, ensuring the team is equipped to meet client needs.

 

Promote the program within the community, maintaining relationships with stakeholders and ensuring a steady flow of appropriate referrals.

 

Ensure program compliance with internal and external stakeholders, conducting regular reviews and audits to maintain high standards of care.

 

Lead regular team meetings to discuss program updates, address concerns, and foster a collaborative work environment.

 

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement plans to enhance program effectiveness and client outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Fluent in American Sign Language
  • An ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment with a passion for serving individuals and families
  • 2 years clinical experience
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively lead and mentor a team.
  • Crisis management abilities to handle complex cases and support clinicians in stabilizing incidents.
  • Organizational and time management skills to oversee multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and community outreach to promote the program and manage relationships.

Education Required

Masters’s Degree from a U.S. accredited educational institution or Credential Evaluation for a non-U.S. educational institution

Salary Range:
