The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization
Two years of experience in human resources or benefits coordination required. Must be a self-starter and comfortable working independently. Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work within short deadlines. Is expected to maintain confidentiality, safeguard employee information, and handle documents with sensitivity and discretion. Must have strong, analytical, evaluative, research skills. Must be willing to travel throughout New York City using public transportation. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs required. Knowledge of HRIS and other HR-related data systems is strongly preferred. Bilingual Spanish/English
preferred.
Salary Range: $68,544 - $72,344/year
