Project Advisor leads the Centralized Scheduling Project Teams, and other Project Teams as assigned, in order to achieve strategic DD budgetary goals for FY2025

Responsibilities

Project Advisor leads the Centralized Scheduling Project Teams, and other Project Teams as assigned, in order to achieve strategic DD budgetary goals for FY2025

 

  • Monitor data and identify issues/trends/barriers that may negatively impact the successful implementation of the Centralized Scheduling Program (CSP) and on-going operations of the DD Division. Identify, monitor and maintain the established Over-Time percentage in each residence.
  • Coordinate ongoing meetings with management of residences after they have been added to the cohort rolls-out to determine the effectiveness of the system and review payroll reports to identify impact to the individual residences. PA will monitor and report on the Overtime Percentage Metric(OPM)for each residence.
  • Work with Centralized Scheduling Depart to identify and project optimum number of Per Diems needed by reviewing data to determine the shifts need to be covered. Optimum numbers are determined by the established shifts and OPM.
  • Works with the CSPT to Identify shifts/hrs Per Diems are averaging per week/month to aid in determining tcompliance with OPM.
  • Assess the Centralized Scheduling Training of staff provided to each cohort for content, effectiveness and adherence to the program needs and goals. PA will participate in each training, and monitor for attended and participant understanding.
  • Support the Centralized Scheduling Project team in identifying changes that can be made to staff schedules and to operationalize implementation.
  • As assigned, review homes by using myEvolv for Life Plans, IPOP’s, Behavior Plans/data, etc. to ensure current staffing is appropriate to ensure medicaid compliance. Quality review of reimbursable services.
  • Other project duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
  • Expertize in OPWDD regulations and requirements
  • Project management skills - ability to effectively lead teams
  • 5 years + experience as a Qualified Intellectual Disability Prosessional
  • Demonstrated strong commitment to safety.

Education Required

Bachelor’s Degree from a U.S. accredited educational institution or Credential Evaluation for a non-U.S. educational institution
